- TBTimothy BryantAug 18, 20251.0I’d give them zero stars if I could. Customer service is beyond terrible. Had been a loyal customer with multiple policies and championed their brand and services for over a decade. The minute I make a claim, they deny it and just hide behind their corporate bullshit. Take my business elsewhere, but am now having issues because they’re claiming I benefited from a denied homeowners claim when they sent out a preferred partner and paid them to deny my claim instead of sending an adjuster. You’re not in good hands with Allstate, stay far away from them as you can.

(Should have read it) My policy just went up in price from $152 to $169. THIS IS ONLY LIABILITY. My payment was lowered to $149. Just switched to progressive, double the coverage ONLY $68 per month.

I spent the entire day getting quotes fron every insurance company i could think of in the area and they are best for price, coverage itself, and super responsive. You looking for home and auto insurance? Wel they have best coverage for also the best price. These other insurance conpanies better step their game up foreal. I got quotes from 7 companies and they topped them all. Best of all (dont laugh) but i saved $200 a month on car insurance as well. 😂👍🏿 Hopefully i just saved somebody some time.
