  I am a new customer with Allstate. Someone also covered by Allstate rear ended my car. I filed a claim, but should have waited for the other customer to file first. So I tried to cancel the claim, but for some reason it was not canceled, right away. It may still be in their records. I had 5 calls from Allstate asking me about my claim. Finally The right claim was being charged, but then they wanted me to pay for the rental, then send the receipt for reimbursement. The rental company said they should be paying not me. So I had to call to have Allstate pay for the rental directly. In the end everything was taken care of, but it was a rough start. I will watch my billing if my rates go up because someone hit my car. I will find a new insurance company.

  I can't say enough about the great service I received from Kevin Taalman and his associates. My previous insurer had raised it's rates for home, auto, and umbrella liability coverage. I mentioned this to Kevin and he said that he would investigate options. He presented a package that lowered by premiums by nearly 50%.
