  Typically, talking to insurance companies is my least favorite thing to do. However, Ms. Dennis made it as painless as possible. She went out of her way to rewrite two of our policies in multiple renditions and proactively called me back on more than one occasion as I was shopping around for new home and auto quotes. The extra time she took retained us as customers and got our policies exactly where I needed them.

  I added a vehicle to my policy through Mr. McCauleys office in November 2020. The man named Joseph Burke added my vehicle and emailed me confirmation along with a copy of my temp. Insurance ID card. Today I find out that the vehicle was NEVER ACTUALLY ADDED to the policy. We have been driving with our 3 young children in an UNINSURED vehicle because Mr. McCauleys office failed to do their due diligence. How do you pay a higher premium for a car never added to your policy? I will definitely be switching offices/insurance companies AS SOON AS I CAN GET THEM TO ANSEER THIER PHONE.
