  I recently had a claim on my homeowners insurance & Christine and her staff honestly made the process so much easier for me. Instead of feeling lost or stressed, they took the time to explain things clearly, stayed involved the whole time, & made sure I was being taken care of the right way. The claims department isn’t always the easiest to deal with, but having an agent like Christine makes a huge difference because she actually follows through & makes sure things get done. The restoration company they recommended was excellent & I felt confident the entire time everything was being handled properly. I truly appreciate Christine & her team. You don’t always realize how important it is to have a knowledgeable & dependable agent until you need them, & this experience proved how valuable they are. They are real people here, down to earth, helpful, & they care about doing things right. I’m very thankful to have such a reliable agent & office to trust with my insurance. The AGENT really does make the biggest difference & Christine absolutely shows that.

  Outstanding & incredible staff! I’ve had Allstate for years & have been bounced around here and there between different Allstate locations. I’ve even left to try other companies when I needed to recheck my rates. But every single time I came back to a different Allstate office, or honestly ANY insurance office, I never felt cared for the way I do here. I’ve now been with Christine for a few years & the difference compared to other places I’ve dealt with is night & day. They actually listen, answer the phones attentively, & make sure you’re truly taken care of, not just treated like a policy number. The entire staff is informative, professional, & extremely knowledgeable, but more importantly, they genuinely care about their clients & long-term relationships. Christine & the whole team truly know what they’re doing, especially when it comes to claims. They go above & beyond, fight for you, & make sure everything is handled the right way... thoroughly, professionally, & without cutting corners. When I needed assistance with a claim, they walked me through the process, stayed on top of it, & gave me the best recommendations, which made a stressful situation so much easier. Christine always makes you feel heard & understood. She’s humble, trustworthy, & truly has your back.... which is rare these days. She definitely stands out from the crowd. I have my auto, home, & umbrella policies here & will continue bringing all of my business to this office. Along with plenty of referrals for friends & family.

  Not only does Christine look out for your best interest, rates and riders they understand ur needs and work with you on what matters most. All of the staff is knowledgeable, understanding and personable. I would recommend this office to anyone - over 20 years with Allstate I’m so satisfied

  Christine went above and beyond for me when I needed her for an auto claim. She helped me with the entire claims process gathering information and helping me when I couldn't laying in the hospital. I just switched to her this year and I am never leaving because I know she will always be there for me. I know I'm in good hands
