  I reached out to Carly Giardi regarding our auto insurance coverage with Allstate. I was concerned about our high monthly insurance premium given the ages and the comparatively low amount of annual miles driven on our vehicles. Carly worked up a new quote with substantially similar coverage that reduced our monthly premium by $205. Special shout-out to Carly's assistant Nicole McKinney who provided additional coverage options at my request and walked me through the process of changing policies. She was timely, patient and professional.

  Carly and her team are absolutely amazing! I’ve been with this Allstate office for many years, and when Carly took over, the experience only got better. She’s not just professional—she’s genuinely kind and personable. Every time we talk, we’re laughing and catching up. One time, she sent me an Allstate onesie for my baby, when I was pregnant. It was such a thoughtful touch! That just shows a lot about how much she cares about her clients. Most importantly, when it comes to insurance, Carly and her team truly go above and beyond to find the best coverage at the best possible price. I couldn’t be happier and highly recommend her and her team!
