  are you an all state agent? She said you were the agent but then again she was drunk. And Gerber said they are doing what All State said to do. Gerber said "Its a game with All state and you have to play the game. Gerber said they have a contract with All state and they have to do low estimates. I have USAA and they said they have a lot of problems working with all state. If I should direct this to someone else - who should that be? I have called them 12 times and no one helps. Are you willing to help. Or who should I contact. Where or who should I write the review to?

  Allstate insurance is absolutely horrible. Someone that has their insurance hit my car while it was parked. There was a police report. They admitted to the police. They hit my car. Allstate admitted that they were at fault and would play a claim, but sent me to a really bad body shop who gave me an extremely low estimate. But even the guy at the body shop said you have to play a game with Allstate. He showed me two spots where the car would definitely need to be painted, but Allstate will only approve the car to be buffed and then if that doesn’t work, they will then pay for it to be painted, but then the guy at the buy shop says that it takes a long time and that means overall for a very minor repairs they’ll have to have the car three days the guy at the body shop basically said it’s about a $1400 repair but the initial estimate is only like 700 because they only want to approve or part of the work out of time what an absolute rip off I would never get Allstate in my life I have USAA in the Gerber insurance the Gerber auto body repair that Allstate that mean USAA said they won’t even use that company because they are so bad. Less than learned never buy insurance from Allstate.

  Got transferred to Paul Lee, and felt the difference through the several rounds of communication with Paul. He listens to what we say and provide the plausible answer and solution for us. Paul is fast in response and pay attention to details, which we like. If things go well, we look forward to working with Paul for years to come! *Only a side note: AllState's latest drivewise app doesn't work with our Android phones, but this is not something Paul can fix. I wish AllState will have their software backward compatible, as this matters to my family.
