  Hi I was very satisfied with the speed, efficiency and care given to details for the needed coverage I was seeking. I appreciate Andy and Holly very much! I now have house insurance bundled with my car insurance I already have had for years. I was helped with various steps that I needed to finish to complete purchasing my house insurance policy. I love the personal touch and customer service I received which is rare these days! Thank you! I truly am in good hands as "corny" as that sounds. This is from my heart though and I'm glad to give AllState's agent and staff member in Marion the recognition they deserve. I sincerely thank you! Kathy A. Smits

  Do not use this insurance agent. I have personally had issues with them not returning my phone calls and then attempting to get an insurance quote and being charged for it. After, numerous phone calls, I have then contacted the owner Andy Woods by email since no one was returning my phone calls and I was polite and nice every time I contacted them. I then received a very threatening unprofessional email from him. I have worked in customer service for 26 years and I have never seen someone be so rude and unprofessional to a client. Do not pick this insurance agent as they have the worst customer service skills that I have ever seen and they do not respond to phone calls to there office.

  Fast service if you need anything! I just wish their insurance policies was cheaper than they are....
