  Worst experience of my life. I called to add a new vehicle to my policy and they quoted me a price for full coverage roadside assistance and car rental. I had to use roadside assistance last night and I got the surprise that I was getting charged for it but it was never enroll. Thanks a lot Jennifer for screwing me over
