    Can't get anyone on the phone dont bother getting insurance here. Had someone hit my car and they never reached out and I've tried calling and leaving voicemails and never get contacted.

    I got a followup call to an online quote, and the agent was AMAZING. He quickly clarified the quote, got me a great deal on auto policies for me, my partner, and my teen. Then, he got a lower premium for home insurance, as well! Friendly service goes such a long way, especially from knowledgeable professionals.

    I am really not the type to leave reviews, but I felt like I had to say something about Don and this agency. He helped a family member out and actually saved us money, no bullshit and no pressure. He explained things other agents completely missed, got the documents over to the mortgage company very fast, and we ended up getting a refund. The whole conversation was under 45 minutes, which I really appreciated because I do not like wasting time. He was also honest about rates going up in 3 years and did not try to pretend everything would stay the same. It just felt good talking to someone who was not full of shit for once. The agency as a whole has been really solid too. They have followed up even after the policy was already in place. Within about 5 minutes of me texting Don something I needed done, the agency had it handled within an hour. I did not have to chase anyone or waste time with pointless back and forth. Don I hope you see this and your bosses stop micro managing you.
