  Poor customer service. Cecilia is the worst. She is rude, unknowable and discriminates. Allstate is a great company, but this angecy location is worst.

  I was looking for local office to make a switch from Farmer's. The female agent was very nice, showed patience and understanding to my past experiences.

  I’ve been Padilla’s office and I haven’t spoken with him . I’ve only spoken with Cecilia. She was helpful and professional. But I don’t know who’s insuring my home and 3 vehicles and I want to change the office.
