  I have been a client of Michael Murray’s Allstate office for a few years now. Thankfully I never had any issues where I needed them until recently. My 16 year old son was in a car accident and it was most likely the most frightening day of my life as a mother. It could have been so much worse, but thankfully there were no injuries and only property damage. The entire process from the day it happened to purchasing a replacement vehicle has been streamlined so efficiently and easy. My biggest concern was that my son was ok. However, I woke up the next morning expecting a mess to deal with regarding the insurance. Not the case! The insurance part was by far the easiest part of this entire ordeal. Carrie from Michael Murray’s office called me personally…not to discuss the accident itself, but to see how my son was and mom to mom, how I was holding up. I never have experienced such customer service and concern from anywhere quite like this. She is truly incredible and helped me every single step of the way. There are people we stumble across in our lives who leave a lasting impression. Carrie is definitely one of these people. She is simply the best on a personal and professional level. This office has been an absolute pleasure to give my business to! I can’t say enough about their services and staff. If you are in the market for insurance, please look no further. I promise you will not be disappointed!

  I filed a water loss claim on 7/14/2021. I am currently walking on category 3 water damage which equals sewage still as of 8/25/2021. Allstate is attempting to convince my husband to dry category 3 sewage into my subflooring instead of removing it. My husband has been in the water, mold and fire industry for 20 years. He is a supervisor to a whole crew and all certifications are up to date. Every claim that we have had to submit to Allstate has been a complete nightmare. I even questioned myself as the problem. I can be difficult at times. This time my husband ran the whole claim. He's very patient and soft spoken and there was no change in how Allstate is handling our current claim. It's still a nightmare so I will have no regrets finally walking away from Allstate after 26 years with them. They treat their loyal customers like GARBAGE. DO NOT CHOOSE ALLSTATE. OH AND ALLSTATE ISN'T FOLLOWING UP UNTIL 8/31/2021 SO MY NIGHTMARE IS FAR FROM OVER.

  Allstate agents, were very prompt to my questions! Exceptional customer service , beyond and above friendly staff. Kept me updated about my case at all times! Definitely recommend.
