  Absolutely RUDE. I called for a professional transaction between two businesses and he ended up insulting me both personally and professionally. As someone who should be in the industry to help people who are in need, you would think he would have the same respect for someone else who is also trying to help a mutual customer. The ONE STAR is simply for the fact that he answered the phone - after ignoring my phone call the first time. Thanks, TOM. I won't be recommending you or your services to anyone. Sincerely, 🦈🦈
