We were having a problem with the changes in the Drive Safe & Save App, so we visited my State Farm office to get help. When you’re 80 yrs old, this “tech” stuff can be frustrating … The licensed agent, who has been helping us for many years was attempting to solve our problem when this older woman came from the back room and proceeded to “dress down” my wife and I for being too loud (We were the only customers there at the time) The ONLY person upset was the older woman, as it appeared the licensed agent was surprised by her outburst. When she went to the back room, I asked who is that older woman, and was told it was, Debbie Luscombe the State Farm agent we have been paying $3600+ for quite a few years now. I NEVER met her, and wouldn’t recognize her, as the picture on her website must have been taken many years ago. The problem seems to be fixed for now … In any event, in my opinion Ms. Luscombe was “out-of-line”, and hopefully, my wife and I won’t have any future contact with her … I am giving a rating of 3-stars, due to Ms. Luscombe’s behavior … Without her outburst it would have been 5-stars, as the licensed agent has ALWAYS been helpful, and courteous
