- BBBreeJul 25, 20251.0Horrible service, consistently waiting on call backs. I called to remove one vehicle and my entire policy was canceled. Then waited for ever to know how much my policy would be for them to ultimately just send me to collection, because I was never notified of a past balance. Still waited 2 weeks for a call back. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE!!

I'm a senior citizen and I literally wanted to just walk away from my home that I've owned for 22 years and is the only thing that I own in this world.
