- AGAngie GDec 19, 20251.0For no reason my insurance has gone up $500. We pay on line for the whole year to get a discount and still the price is outrageous. We jump through all your hoops yet we can’t seem to get a good price for home insurance. We are leaving your Agency.

- DVDiana VicasNov 6, 20182.0The only reason I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 is because of Amy lynne. She is kind and caring. We filed a roof claim that intially was filed under wind instead of hail so it was denied. So we went back and changed it and that is when Amy Lynne came into the picture and she took care of everything without having to call her for updates. She actually called and emailed me. Well the second time we were denied again and tehy have stated we have no roof damage. Strangely, all the homes around us DID have roof damage and our house was the only one in our cul de sac including the homes on the street behind us to be denied. There is very evident hail damage. I guess nature is selective and it just happened to miss only our house according to Allstate adjuster. We have been with Allstate for 8 years and that definitely was a mistake. They are not there when you need them and you will end up paying for nothing.
