  I have been with allstate for 37 years and my family 70 years but I have had quite a few issues from staff asking me if I planned to make a claim because I was upset that they quoted me a policy with a $2500 deductible instead of $500 which is all I've ever had on any policy and upon bringing it to John's attention that I was spoke to like that he told me all of his staff did a wonderful job so I guess he condones his customers being spoke to like that on another occasion Doris told me my furnace would not be covered on a claim that got water damage I had to reach out to allstate claims where I was told most definitely it would be covered and I was also told to not call the local office ever again about a claim I was told to always call allstate claims center not to speak to them at local office.

  I couldn't be happier with Allstate. I purchased a house this year and they were so willing to work with me and to bundle my home and auto to save me money. I will continue to stay with them and suggest you take a chance on them too because they may surprise you and give you better quality service than you could expect.
