We notified the agent of this as soon as we realized and he continued to fail to correct the issue. This then caused issues with our escrow due to our mortgage company believing we lacked home owners insurance. Now Allstate is denying any wrong doing on their end and failing to provide us with appropriate documents to show our mortgage company that we had coverage during the time. I would not recommend getting coverage with this agent or company. We will be moving our auto, home, and life insurance policies following this incident.
