  I would give him zero stars if google allowed it. This agent failed to document our address correctly on our home insurance policy. We notified the agent of this as soon as we realized and he continued to fail to correct the issue. This then caused issues with our escrow due to our mortgage company believing we lacked home owners insurance. Now Allstate is denying any wrong doing on their end and failing to provide us with appropriate documents to show our mortgage company that we had coverage during the time. I would not recommend getting coverage with this agent or company. We will be moving our auto, home, and life insurance policies following this incident.

  I had a great experience with this company I had the pleasure working with agent Jason Jones. Jason was great and help me get the cheapest price possible which was big for me being a father of 2 small kids.

  Brandon Riley took the time to make sure my needs were met with the right policy and coverages. He provided an awesome customer experience, answering all of my questions and ensuring my concerns were addressed, even after my policy was renewed. In a day & time where companies seem to only care about getting your business & money, I appreciate him showing genuine care & interest in what was best for me as a consumer.
