- ISIrene SheltonOct 23, 20252.0I was rather disappointed to discover that 6 months after I initially insured with this company my insurance premium went up through no fault of my own. It really left it was done in poor taste as it gave me the feeling that my policy had been baited and switched. Had I known they were going to do that there is a good possibility I would have stayed with my other insurer provider because I consider myself a loyal customer...just food for thought.

He stayed on the phone with me for over an hour to recreate the home and auto policies I bought online to reissue them in time for closing. Do yourself a favor and start with a local agent like Mike. You won't get this level of service from the website - he'll go above and beyond to take care of you.
