  Unfortunately ever since my original All State agent retired and my account was given to this office my premium for Home and cars keeps increasing and when I call to get answers the agents say everything has gotten expensive and that's the way it is regardless if you've been with the company for 20yrs. My home insurance premium just jumped $*** more and my car insurance jumped $40 even if we have a great driving record....sorry but I'm very unhappy with the service of this office.
