- KJKeith JenkinsDec 19, 20251.0I applied that I needed the policy to start on 5th of every month, but I noticed that would not be a good day and I asked for it to be changed to the 8th pf every month. The agent name is Kalisha Stubbs who signed me up and I continued to state that I need it to be changed from the 5th to the 8th of the month. She is out of the office of MarK Lukacek, and Mark contacted beinbg rude and starting laughing. I do not find this funny and I would like to file a formal complaint agaist this office, and get my policy changed top the 8th. I would like a phone from the corporate office of ALLState in Northbrook, IL. Absolutely terrible service

I probably made the best decision of my life. I walked into the Frankfort office unannounced. Mark was sitting at a table working on his computer. I told him what I was interested in, he asked me to sit and he moved with his computer next to me. From that moment on, I felt like I was just having a conversation with a good friend. As we went through everything, he would show me the computer screen and explain what I was seeing. As questions came up he answered them to the last detail and made sure I understood. I'm embarrassed to say how much I saved. I'll just say it was more than a few hundred dollars. If you're looking for an insurance check up, you can't go wrong with Mark Lukacek.
