- NBNicole BennettApr 26, 20241.0By far the worst experience ever!! Julie is a horrible agent. And her assistant Annie is just as horrible. I was giving misinformation about my policy. Things were added to my policy without my knowledge and when I tried to call her to get clarity, she would either ignore my calls or never call me back. She made my experience so frustrating because I was trying to understand what was going on with my policy, these ladies didn't even try to help me and ease the frustration. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!
