  Sherri was a professional at best from my first interaction with her, she provided detailed information about how my policy works very easy to work with so I would recommend Sherri to anyone needing home/auto coverages.

  The customer service I received from Sherri Carrero was utterly unprofessional and disrespectful. I had a concern about my policy increasing and one of the things I was told was “I’ll call you back because I’ve had an episode already this morning”. I told her I feel disrespected and she laughed. She also accused me of threatening her when I requested to come to the office to speak about the matter. This isn’t my first time having a problem with them. Last year without my permission they added rental insurance to my policy and I was charged. I highly recommend going elsewhere for your insurance needs. Unacceptable!
