I’ll never forget my experience switching to State Farm. In March of 2023, I was traveling for work from Chicago to Dallas when my flight was delayed. I had just gotten off the phone with my previous insurance company, whose poor customer service was causing unnecessary stress, and in that moment, I decided it was time to end that relationship.
I called State Farm and was connected to my local John Roman agency, where Gavin answered my call late in the afternoon. Even though it was near the end of his shift, he never rushed me or suggested calling back another day. We spoke for over an hour while I waited for my delayed flight. I explained that in today’s world, especially as a busy professional, no one has time for constant follow-up calls or unresolved issues.
Gavin listened, understood exactly what I needed, and guided me through the entire process. The quote he provided was actually a touch higher than my previous policy, but the level of service and confidence he demonstrated made the decision easy. He promised that if I partnered with his agency, he wouldn’t let me down, and nearly three years later, he has absolutely kept that promise.
