- ARAngelica RetherfordFeb 23, 20261.0We will never go through them again... we were overpriced... 24,000 deductable and when we called to get some things fixed in our home we got the run around... several people answered and passed us along because none could help us... they were more worried about a claim for our car which there was nothing wrong with our car... the pipes in our home froze and thats what we were trying to get help with.... NEVER again we will go through Allstate!!!

That is ridiculously aggressive and an awful way to pursue new customers, it feels very desperate of them and now our first interaction with this company was not pleasant and disrupted our morning. If the goal was to pester us into not using your insurance, consider it a success. Update almost a week later: these people are still calling us multiple times every morning! not sure what to do next as we have requested to not be contacted anymore and they are not respecting our request. seeing as how we are not actually customers of theirs but rather were just seeking a quote, i’m not sure how it’s legal to keep calling people this much when they’ve explicitly asked you to stop.
