Was so patient and gentle with my mother over the phone who struggles from dementia and made us feel so welcomed when we thought we were being difficult (haha!). Will definitely be calling back in new year when mom is closer to Medicare. Thank you Emilie! Edit it add —— also called and talk to drew. Very stellar too!
