    6/2021 Been with Tom and his family for a number of years now. Find them very supportive when needed, and helpful on all other topics. They are always friendly and courteous. Great advice on insurance products for sure. And they seem to really truly care about their clients. They are total winners in our books and we recommended them to anyone. An awesome family oriented business.

    My family switched over to Allstate several years ago and honestly, one of the best decisions we made. Koller family is super friendly, highly knowledgeable, and very professional to work with it. I primarily work with Tom Jr. but have had the pleasure of working with Tom Sr. and Pam as well at the agency. Koller family not only provides excellent customer service with personal touch but also offer beneficial advise. Insurance terms and coverage policies can be very confusing. However, Koller’s really take their time to explain details to help you choose the best coverage for your needs, while helping you save money when possible. In addition, Koller’s have responded in a timely fashion to all my inquiries in the past. I have referred several of my family members to Koller’s in the past and they have shared same sentiments described above. Koller family is highly recommended for their friendly and professional services!!

    I have been a customer with Thomas Koller at Allstate Insurance Downers Grove for over a decade. Even back then, they were a breath of fresh air when I first signed up with them, having been with a couple other companies that were not as kind, reassuring, or responsive as Koller team has proven to be.
