- MMMichael MirouxNov 8, 20255.0Last Friday, October 31, 2025, I experienced an unfortunate incident when a deer collided with my vehicle. Following the accident, I promptly filed a claim. Matthew Pater reached out to me after my initial contact with my Allstate agent, and I expressed my concerns about not hearing from the assigned insurance adjuster, which appeared to have stalled the process. After Mr. Pater contacted the adjuster, things started to move. Allstate assessed my vehicle as a total loss. By Wednesday afternoon, the claim was resolved, and I was able to purchase a new vehicle on Thursday. I firmly believe that without Mr. Pater's intervention, the claim process would have taken much longer. His professionalism and assistance were invaluable, and I would highly recommend him to anyone facing similar challenges. I expressed my gratitude to him over the phone for his assistance, to which he humbly replied that he was merely doing his job. Well done, Mr. Pater!
