  Be careful. I helped someone get insurance and initiate a partial payment with this company and specifically explained everything to them about it being a one time payment. They continue to bill me saying it is the card on file when it has already been discussed and very clear it is a one time payment. Kelly only says she has "too many customers" to remember when you are charging someones card that has no authorization and you can't see what is wrong with the situation. The real reason is without that payment they are't successful in getting properly paid there portion (not my problem), call the policy owner, don't use someone elses card that was simply trying to help the gentlemen start his policy ( i am a used car dealer selling a car). Terrible, spent an hour trying to figure what is going on and why only to be told she forgets everything and doesn't know our arrangement. Shouldn't you have delted the card number or noted the one time payment arrangement. I'm over here thinking its a genuine mistake when all they did was spin and dance around explaining how it's not there problem. SOLVE THE PROBLEM.

  Magnum insurance is one of the worst insurance company to have. I will never in life ever patronize with Magnum Insurance company ever again. I will never ever recommend Magnum insurance company to anyone. I was once a Magnum customer and my vehicle was in a accident on October 25th 2024. I was hit front behind unfortunately I was told that my car would be totaled out. My insurance was paid fir the month of November. I reach out to Magnum insurance company to tell them that I no longer need insurance because my car was totaled out as of October 25th 2024. I was informed by one of there representatives that they could not cancel my policy unless I provide documents that my car totaled. At that present time I did not have the letter that they were requesting. I was just told by mouth from the adjuster for claims from the person that hit me insurance company that my car was totaled. So the representative provided me with an email to send all the documents to once I receive the letter that was needed. I provide the letter that was needed comes December I'm receiving letter stating that my policy is going to be canceled. I reach out to a representative once again and ask why am I receiving cancellation letters. I cancel my insurance I haven't needed insurance since October 25th 2024 and I provide them with the documents that was needed. Do you know Magnum insurance knew I no longer needed their insurance policy and didn't want to pay me back my money for the month of November they are doing everything to try to keep my money for the November. Every time I call and talk to representative they try to come up with every reason why they can't refund my money. So today February 14th 2025 I receive a letter from Magnum insurance saying I owe them and they going to send me to collections. Shame on Magnum insurance. Magnum insurance is a company that ROB's people for their money. Please beware of these fake insurance companies. I only gave a star because I had to. I wish I didnt. Show less More about me

  My friend had them for auto about 1 year ago and warned me. I could not even get past the first person whom picked up the phone. I will keep it simple...very rude. Is there anyone professional anymore ? ? Zero stars !
