- AAAForman2010Jan 23, 20241.0I JUST JOINED THIS AGENCY RECENTLY BECAUASE WE PURCHASED A NEW HOME AND OUR MORTGAGE LENDER ASKED THAT WE HAVE A LOCAL INSURANCE ANGENCY. BUT THE LADY THAT ANSWERS THE PHONE THERE IS VERRRRRY VERY VERY RUDE AND SEEMS TO HATE HUMAN BEINGS. I THOUGHT IT WAS JUST ME BUT AS I'VE READ THESE OTHER REVIEWS IT APPEARS IT WASN'T JUST ME. BUT I PLAN TO MAKE AN IN PERSON VISIT TO INFORM NICK PERSONALLY. IF HIS RECEPTIONIST DONT WANT TO WORK OR ANSWER PHONES THERE ITS TIME FOR HER TO SEEK EMPLOYEMENT ELSEWHERE. SMH
