  Another terrible insurance company! When asked why they won't continue to offer a certain policy, the answer was because they decided not to offer them anymore. I've had issue after issue with this company, including an instance where I drove around uninsured on one vehicle after they failed to reinstate after a long term vacation hold on all vehicles. Getting answers from anyone there is difficult, but when they need to sell you something they call non stop, but no call if there's an issue with your auto pay, you will just drive around without insurance. I'm done will Allstate, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

  I've been with Allstate for many many years Kelly is amazing and very helpful always takes good care of us and explains in detail changes made on policies always there to answer any questions I have had several family switch to Allstate and recommended to work places and there staff you guys are excellent In all you do and stand by what you say thank you for always being there when we need you most thank you again .

  Nate was amazing!! He was able to help us with the many questions we had regarding coverages, home and auto and the best way to go about the process. This process has been very stressful but I’m so glad I connected with Nate and feel completely at ease after speaking with him! These decisions are hard ones but having all of my questions answered and explained thoroughly makes the decision easier! Thanks again Nate!
