I had both a home and auto policy and Rhonda and her associates never helped during my call, like they had to research basic knowledge issues and call back days later. Sadly for Rhonda, another Allstate agency helped me with guidance for a home claim but I couldn’t transfer to their office, which is more an Allstate issue. Rhonda likes to “checkin” when a policy is going to lapse or get you to sign up for extras but didn’t bother communicating when somehow my autopay stopped and I was charged an irreversible late fee.
