  Allstate Insurance is the biggest scam. Allstate goes based of photos and does not send anyone out to validate the damage. I had a “accident” however there was no damage it was a minor bump to bump however out of pettiness the other driver filed a claim. Also they never seem to be available to pickup the phone, it ALWAYS gets sent to vm. Instead of Allstate denying it for no damage they gave the other driver $580 for “damages” under the vehicle💀 It was extremely disheartening as truly no damage was spotted BUT again there plan is to raise there own customers rates knowing they will receive all that money back and more with the raised monthly payments. I have switched over to State Farm and I am saving $300. I was shocked and honestly this all turned out to be a blessing in disguise. I’m now saving more and I’m satisfied with knowing my current auto insurance has my back.

  Not great, last year I call to talk about my insurance going up and he basically said I can go somewhere else if I like. Not A good answer.

  You gotta go to Joe. He really cares about his clients. As i was shopping around. All other companies talked about how much is save going to them. My company at the time, Geico, would only say how reasonable their policy would be. Joe took the time to actually tell me every possible scenario in which is need to make a claim and walk me through how things would go from start to finish. The peace of mind of knowing I'd be taken care of if needed.
