  This agency engaged in deceptive and unethical conduct toward my elderly aunt and uncle, both nearly 70-year-old retirees. They were charged almost $4,000 twice a year for full coverage on two vehicles, which is outrageously overpriced. In February 2025, we called to cancel their auto policy, and they immediately obtained the same coverage with State Farm for nearly half the cost. Despite the clear cancellation request, the policy was never canceled. We only discovered this when a renewal bill arrived months later. When confronted, Vicky falsely claimed she spoke with one of us and was told to continue the policy, which is completely untrue. She then requested proof that the vehicles were insured elsewhere after the cancellation call. I promptly provided that proof by email, and she initially stated the premiums would be reviewed for a refund. After receiving the documentation, she suddenly claimed there was nothing she could do and that no refund would be issued. During a phone call, Vicky stated that there would be no consequences for the agency’s actions and dared me to “contact whoever I want.” This behavior shows a blatant disregard for ethical standards and for elderly customers who trusted this agency to act in good faith. This agency should not be allowed to operate this way. Seniors and families should be extremely cautious.   My policy transferred to the Espino Hamman agency after my old agent retired. I should have left at that point. The service is horrible. The staff is rude. I’ve been trying to cancel my policy for 5 months. Allstate just stole $2300 from my checking account on a cancelled policy. I would avoid this agency at all cost and Allstate as a whole. Lack of service and follow through on basic information.
