  Allstate may promise you're in good hands, but Mariola’s office is a different story. Here, it feels like profit comes before people. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere, because when you need help most, they will leave you stranded. Absolutely a NO for me—I wouldn’t send anyone their way.

  I’m being generous giving them one star. Their communication is horrible. I called and left a message on a Saturday and then called again Monday. I was told I would get a call back but no one called back. Then the agent calls me Wednesday saying sorry she had just heard my message from Saturday. I told her I had called Monday and was still waiting for a call back. She said she was going to find out what happened and would call back and of course she didn’t call back either. I gave them a few days and nothing. Now it’s been a week, I called them on Tuesday. I was once again told someone would call me back. Let’s see how many more days have to pass before someone can call me back and give me straight answers regarding my policy. They are clearly very unprofessional.

  Terrible customer service. They don't bother following up on anything and difficult to reach. Premiums keep raising for no reason, offer no explanation or any communication. They don't send proof of insurance until you beg them to do so.
