  Coming into a predicament can really give you perspective, and this experience did just that. Derek Silkora was an amazing person to have on my team. His attention to detail, clear explanations whenever I had questions, and the knowledge and care he displayed made all the difference. Derek was always just a call or text away, and that level of accessibility was important to me. Anyone working with him will be in extremely capable hands, and I’m confident saying that. Overall, the process was great and thorough.
