Suddenly they started increasing the rates by as much as $50 per month for several months without warning! I did not notice at first, because of autopay. When I finally called for an explanation, there was not one. I was told that only if I left AllState and came back, could anything be done. Point taken. Lamont is a fraud! I regret voting for him.
