Before speaking to you,Mr.Ellis Jones , I was hearing crazy quotes ,I was very frustrated. He was very calm. He listened to my concerns. He couldn’t promise me anything, but he would do the best he could, to find a great insurance deal, and that alone calmed my nerves. He was very professional. He answered all my questions. He was very knowledgeable of what the company had to offer. He shared what was available , allowed me to pick. he also shared, great suggestions and yes, I was able to secure auto insurance policy today thank you, Mr. Ellis Johnson. For your kindness.
