She does not listen to you or your needs and if you ask her for something it takes days for her to get back to you. I asked about my homeowners insurance package and all she did was talk to me like I was an idiot. Her staff is rude as well and will answer the phone and keep you on hold for a long time. Find another place to go I am sure these other reviews are her own people doing "favors" for her
