- NNNone No NameNov 26, 20251.0WORST place to go for insurance this lady Jenny is the RUDEST person to deal with. She does not listen to you or your needs and if you ask her for something it takes days for her to get back to you. I asked about my homeowners insurance package and all she did was talk to me like I was an idiot. Her staff is rude as well and will answer the phone and keep you on hold for a long time. Find another place to go I am sure these other reviews are her own people doing "favors" for her
