Ms. Redmond was never willing to help resolve issues I had. If I called about possibly trying to lower my monthly bill she never presented any options other than pay or cancel. She was cold and really not helpful at all. She was half the reason why I left AllState. It was as if she made it clear that I was not valued as a customer. She could care less if she had my business or not. Very poor customer service/ support. I would never recommend her.

Unprofessional who lacks basic customer service etiquette and product knowledge. Thoroughly consider others in the area before making your decision of where to take your business. Revised this review to 1 star after her canned response that was copied and pasted to the reviewer below me from a week ago. Affordability was not mentioned anywhere in my concern which is a direct reflection of her comprehension skills and genuine willingness to resolve a concern. When I initially inquired, she had me on speaker phone with a video blaring in the background and was rude, scatter brained and repeated script like answers rather than seeking to understand and explain to demonstrate she knew what was she was spewing at the customer. She involves personal feelings about customers when doing her job rather than remaining professional at all times. Again, the unprofessionalism began before I even opened my mouth over the phone. I went with this location to support the local community as it was supposed to be a temporary ordeal for me and regretted every minute of the experience.

Today I received a call from the agent to review my policy to answer a few questions regarding my policies. The agent was very responsive to my questions and took her time to make sure I understood the information that we were discussing.
