I am never in a good mood spending my money(unless I’m shoe shopping), so I appreciated the loyalty in returning my call, but wasn’t in the best of moods. This woman not only provided excellent information FOR ME, the 1st 10 minutes of our call, she explained the bundle discount & other applicable discounts. I was happy because I was rethinking my home insurance, before I talk to Renia !! I am so thankful that we were talking , she provided me with great options that made my day!!
