  Carmen is an amazing agent for Allstate - I had used her for many years on Auto insurance and then got married and left Allstate for over 13 years and just came back to Carmen this past May for both auto and home! Someone hit my car and she guided me flawlessly through the whole process !! I think she is awesome and recommend her to everyone in my neighborhood.

  It was a very disappointing and disheartening experience. I fully expected my homeowner's insurance and agent to assist me with either my claim or filing claims with those who are responsible. This was the first claim I had ever had to file, I was terrified. My upstairs neighbor's toilet and shower leaked into my unit's bathroom damaging and ruining the shower, tiling, drywall, ceiling, etc. As a result, I was displaced from my condo, and still am, because I only have one bathroom. Allstate quickly denied my claim, didn't investigate, wouldn't help with speaking to other parties involved to assist me in the process, and then my agent flat out told me that she couldn't help because she just "sold insurance".
