In order to prevent their client of over 15 YEARS not to leave the company they refuse to give our family information about our policies! The pettiness of this office is real!!! Starting from the owner of this agency who only has his own interest at heart and not his clients! Ending with his childish son who hangs up the customer. Clearly the apple doesn't fall far from the tree!!! Worse office to have insurance with! Try Lisa Jusino office who professional agent. Stay away from these people!
