- JFJames FMar 7, 20251.0Horrible customer support. Owner of agency unavailable to be reached even by voicemail. Melanie and Veronica both failed to cancel my policy and was charged again. They both stated it would be back dated and then was told sorry we couldn’t back date it and you will only be getting a partial refund. Be aware of them telling you to text your cancellation request. They claimed it was missed and I have proof of the text and even called back to make sure it was canceled and it still wasn’t. Veronica will keep apologizing even though she is taking your money for another month of unnecessary insurance coverage. They are incompetent. Had to call corporate office to get it resolved.
