  My insurance agent Kelli Davenport has always provided the BEST customer focused service in the 20 plus years I have been a customer. On a major holiday, I was awakened to the loudest crash in my front bedroom! I had issues with some very territorial raccoons coupled with the fact that we had some very severe thunderstorms, and as a result part of my roof caved in!! I immediately called Kelli in a panic and needed direction on next steps. Kelli and her team were amazing!! I was so grateful for her prompt and personal attention to easing my anxiety. Kelli committed to quickly getting my claim filed and escalated the issue as urgent , her due diligence enabled my roof to not only get repair, but ALLSTATE ensured that I had a brand new roof, complete with the appropriate wind and ice shield for compliance with city ordinances. I am forever grateful and was truly in GOOD HANDS with my agent Kelli and her ALLSTATE team!

  I continue to be so very impressed with my Allstate agent Kelli! I had a pressing insurance request just recently and yet again, she provided a thoughtful approach to help me identify customized options that addressed my needs. She’s knowledgeable, customer-focused and incredibly responsive. Having worked with other insurance companies/agents in the past, I can confidently say that she stands out in terms of customer service. One thing that really stands out— she always ensures that all my questions are addressed before we end our conversation. She has provided great service for my current insurance needs – but has also been a great resource to help me navigate and plan for future insurance needs as well. Kelli is great at what she does and I strongly recommend her agency to anyone looking for an agent who you can depend on to support your insurance needs as they evolve and change over time.

  I’ve been a longtime client of Kelli Davenport, and working with her through the years has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my home and auto coverage. Not only does she consistently find great coverage at a competitive price point, but her customer service is truly unmatched. Shes going to teach you about what you’re investing in. She goes above and beyond, when challenges come up, she doesn’t just sit on the sidelines. She gets in the trenches, advocates on your behalf, and makes sure you’re taken care of every step of the way. That level of dedication is rare these days! Beyond her professionalism, she has such a genuine heart of gold and is deeply committed to the community. She shows up!! It’s clear she cares not just about her clients, but about people as a whole. All around, she’s simply one of the best to do it!!!

  OVERPRICED AGENCY FOR LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE — WORST AGENCY, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE This has been, without question, one of the worst experiences I’ve had with an insurance agency. I’ve never had an insurance agent make me feel like just another policy instead of a valued customer—and that alone says everything about how this office operates. The entire reason you work with an agent is to have support when it actually matters. I rarely reach out, but when I do, it’s because something is important and time-sensitive. In this case, I needed help updating my mortgage clause for a refinance closing. I provided more than enough time—over two weeks—to get this completed. Despite that, the request was not handled in time. It dragged on for nearly a month with little to no communication, no accountability, and no sense of urgency. This delay directly impacted my refinance process. What’s most frustrating is that when I needed help the most, I was left without answers. There was no follow-through, no proactive communication, and no ownership of the situation. Any internal issues within the office should never fall on the customer—but unfortunately, that’s exactly what happened here. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I believe it’s important for others to know what they may experience. When you pay for an agent, you expect reliability, communication, and support—not silence and delays. I would not recommend this agency to anyone.

  I’ve been with Kelli and her staff at Allstate for many years and it’s always been a great experience. They treat everyone like family and go above and beyond to make sure you receive every eligible discount and the best possible rate. I’ve personally bundled my home, auto, life, and umbrella policies with Allstate. I appreciate that they are always responsive, reliable, and willing to help. Would highly recommend this agency!
