- DODevin O'DellJan 31, 20265.0I broke down 16 miles north of Austin, NV in my 39 ft RV. Oh, you haven't heard of it? No one has. I was 5 and a half hours north of Vegas, and that was the closest shop that could service me. Thankfully I remembered I have State Farm roadside assistance. Bethany worked with me everyday to make sure I would 100% get reimbursed when submitting my $3500 tow all the way to Las Vegas. She also checked on me multiple times a day to make sure I was safe where I was stranded on the side of the road. Just excellent service from an insurance agent, which I feel is exceedingly rare nowadays when it seems that insurance companies are finding ways to deny coverage this particular agent stepped up to make sure I wasn't left with the bill. Thanks so much!
