  I had a really amazing experience being assisted by Veronica regarding finding additional information to file a claim. She went above and beyond to assist me, making sure she followed up ensuring I had everything taken care of. She was extremely pleasant to talk to and genuinely concerned about my particular issue. Customer service at its best.

  We’ve been with Allstate for over 20 years, and the biggest reason for that is Kristi Bloesorn. Her exceptional customer service and personal touch have made every interaction a positive one. Kristi truly goes above and beyond to make sure we’re taken care of, and she’s always friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive. The rest of the staff are just as helpful and professional—it's clear they care about their clients. Thanks to Kristi and the entire team for making us feel valued year after year!

  Not very organized office. Charged me differently every month. They increased my monthly fee after 6 months. They didn't even try to lower it down. I would not use this office again
