    I called State Farm asking for another agent that was not available at the moment. Mark was nice enough to make himself available instead of passing a message along and assured he can help me as well. I expressed my concerns about my premium thinking it was too high, he explained to me the type of coverage I had and why he couldn't change anything about it. However he still found a way to get my premiums down by giving me a homeowners and car insurance discount that I had no idea I qualified for, I just wish I was told about it earlier, but Mark went above and beyond by asking que right questions and making sure I had all the discounts I could possibly have, thank you Mark for helping me save a few hundred bucks!

    If you are looking for new insurance agents. I highly recommend Todd and his associates. Any time I call I am provided with exceptional service. No one wants to have to deal with insurance, but they make everything so easy. They take the time to listen to you and work with you.
