- DDDavid (Mr. D)Mar 5, 20263.0I have been with Allstate for quite a number of years. The rates have been significantly increasing each year. I just bought a new car, replacing a 16 year old one. Initially they quoted me a huge rate increase and then contacted me to review my policy. After the review my premium decreased 36% even though I was now driving a brand new vehicle. The only thing I could think of was the number of years I have been way overcharged for the old car’s coverage.
- RSRick ShermanFeb 6, 20261.0This recently became my agent when my old agent sold his business. At first they were pretty good but the service is going downhill fast. They now have AI that answers the phone and you can't even get ahold of a human or even wait in queue. The AI bot is so dumb that all it can do is take your name and info down. Complete waste of my time and I'll probably take my business elsewhere if this B.S. service continues. At least get a smarter AI if you're going to use that garbage. UPDATE: It's gotten worse. Their vice president of operations gave me a number to contact him and it turns out it just goes to a general text box that another employee admitted that nobody really checks because they don't have time. I was told by another employee that their bad AI is not going anywhere. I have been told by two different employees that they would call me back the same day or the next day. Neither employee did.
