    Mr. Hancock and his team were very professional, personable, quick and efficient. I know these are buzzwords, but when I called it felt like I was calling my buddy down the street to help me out. I'm not sure how a claim would go through them as I never had to, but I would feel confident in their advocacy for my claim through the system.

    I was with State Farm for seven years and never had to use my coverage once. When I moved to Rexburg, I switched to Mark Hancock’s office from a Nevada office, and everything was fine for about a year. Then I got a new debit card and tried to update my payment method in the app. For some reason, the app kept removing my new card and switching the payment back to my expired card. Because of that, my coverage kept getting canceled. I had to call the office every billing period so they could take the payment over the phone. Each time they said it was fixed, but the next day the expired card would be set as the primary payment method again. It made absolutely no sense. I complained multiple times, but they never resolved the issue. After five months of calling them repeatedly to fix it, they even tried charging me over $40 in fees because the expired card “failed.” At that point I was done and canceled my policy. Not long after, Progressive reached out and offered me full coverage for much less. I went from paying around $140 a month for bare minimum coverage to about $65 a month for full coverage with Progressive. Overall, I would not trust this office. The staff was difficult to deal with, and State Farm has significantly increased their prices since 2020—even though I have a clean driving record and never once had to file a claim.
